1.     Right-click on this link and choose open in a new window.
   
2.     Click on Training at the top of the screen.
3.     Page down and click on green Register/Login button.
4.     Click on Register
5.     Create your account by entering your Info (Students 0), then enter organization Info-Forrest County School District, 400 Forrest Street, Hattiesburg, MS 39401, Public School, Forrest County.  If it does not allow you to register, check the password and make sure you have met the requirements. You may have to select another password.
6.     Click on the Youth Suicide: "A Silent Epidemic"- Click on 2hour courses.
7.     You will watch the video.
8. .   Complete Post-test questions
9.     A Certificate of Completion will be generated after answering all Post-Test questions correctly.  You may also retrieve your certificate by going to the Home screen, under certifications.
10.     Print Certificate
11.     Complete the Suicide Training Form by closing the current tab and opening the previous tab.  Sign your name, (click) digitally sign, and then submit.
